These are the terms on which you use ThinkFusion. By signing in you agree to them. They are written to be read — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it rather than point at a clause.
ThinkFusion is operated by Ability Fusion Private Limited. “We” and “us” mean that company; “you” means the person using the service, or the institution that bought seats, as the context requires.
A browser-based Arduino and robotics simulator with a structured course. You build circuits on screen, write real C++, and it is compiled and run against a simulated microcontroller. No physical hardware is needed and none is supplied.
The simulator models real components closely but it is a simulation. A circuit that works here may behave differently on a bench, and a circuit that would be unsafe in reality is not always refused here. Nothing on this service is guidance for building live mains or high-current electronics.
You sign in with Google or GitHub; we do not issue passwords. Keep that account secure, because whoever controls it controls yours. One account is one person — please do not share sign-ins, and note that a shared account makes progress and certificates meaningless.
If you are under 18, ask a parent, guardian or teacher before signing up. If a school bought your seat, your school has its own rules about your account and they apply alongside these terms.
The details you give must be true. Certificates carry the name on the account, and we will not reissue one in a different name.
The first four levels are free and stay free. The rest require either an individual purchase or a seat provided by an institution.
Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, but never for something you have already bought: a purchase is priced when it is made, and a later change does not reach back.
Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
A seat is one student for one licence year. Teachers and owners do not consume seats. The institution decides who joins, using join codes it issues, and may remove a student, which ends that student’s access and frees the seat.
The institution is responsible for who it admits and for holding any consents its own rules or local law require for its students. Seats cannot be resold or transferred to another institution.
When the licence term ends, access ends. Work and progress are retained, so a renewal resumes where the class left off.
Use the service to learn and to teach. You may keep, publish and reuse the code you write here — it is yours.

If you find a security flaw, please tell us at info@abilityfusion.com before telling anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine flaw in good faith and does not exploit it or take other people’s data.
The course, the levels, the simulator and the site are ours, or used with permission. The code and circuits you create are yours. By submitting work you let us store it, run it and show it back to you — and to your teacher if a school gave you your seat — which is what makes marking and the roster possible.
Parts of this product are built on open-source software, under the licences those projects publish.
A certificate says you completed the course on this service. It is not an accredited academic or professional qualification and we do not present it as one. Each carries an identifier anyone can verify.
We will withdraw a certificate obtained by sharing an account or by defeating the grader rather than solving the level.
We work to keep the service up but do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will avoid school hours where we can.
We may change or retire features. If we retire something you have paid for and cannot give you an equivalent, the refunds policy says what happens.
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, that is used to take money fraudulently, or that we are required by law to close. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that we do not promise it will be error-free or that it will meet a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for anything arising from a circuit you build on real hardware after simulating it here. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is not excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud.
Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms. For a change that materially affects you we will email account holders and give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change; if you do not, you may close your account, and if you have paid for time you will not now use, we will refund it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Panruti, Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction.
